Rachael Sessions
Rachael seeks to excite and inspire you to ignite your highest potential, pursue your dreams, overcome barriers, and become your most empowered and compassionate self! She practices energy healing & facilitates ceremonial experiences from a holistic perspective.
With wisdom, intuition, and compassion Rachael guides her clients along their journey of healing and self-empowerment. Clients will experience pain relief, reduced stress and anxiety, a profound sense of relaxation, and more ease and clarity when handling life’s challenges. Balancing the body’s energy systems will also strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, and support a general sense of well-being.
She tailors her approach to each individual’s priorities. From a space of deep listening, she implements mind-body, energy, and spiritual therapies techniques to restore balance and a sense of radiant health. She can address a variety of healthcare needs, from chronic pain, disease and acute injury to depression, insomnia and emotional strain. Methods and techniques are pain- and drug-free.
Rachael is certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, BodyTalk Practitioner, and in Vinyasa Yoga. She uses these practices, blended with over a decade of study in Shamanism, Sound Healing, and an education background in Herbalism, Psychology, World Religions, Social Work, and Nutrition to address the root cause of symptoms and offer hands-on, motivating healing and guidance that is applicable to everyday life and relationships.

Traditional ceremonial practices found me at the perfect time in my life and opened a space for me to come home to myself. My life was transformed – but not by the practices alone – the practice activated the power of my own creative and healing potential.
In service of these wisdom lineages, it is my intention and prayer that within this container of unconditional love, presence and unified community, you find freedom from within and reencounter the seed of light you carry. It is my devotion to this seed of light within that has guided me along this path for over 12 years, it is what keeps me choosing love over and over again.
As a mother of two beautiful boys, I have embodied the transformative power of the womb. As a daughter of the Earth, I have received the healing power of the divine feminine. In the ceremony, held in the loving embrace of the medicine, we are reborn in celebration for all that we are and all that we have been given. This rebirth gives us the opportunity to transform any kind of dis-ease, physical, mental, or emotional, and step into our fullest potential – unconditional love and harmony.
In my journey, I have connected with thousands of participants from all over the world and interwoven many different indigenous lineages, including the Kamentza, Shipibo, and Native American. I feel a special connection with my family in Putumayo, Colombia and use their guidance as the traditional foundation for a multi-lineage presentation of these ancient and traditional remedies and practices. I offer deep gratitude and thanks to the path that brought us to this moment, to the people, places, teachers and remedies we need…for life being a ceremony.
